The Goptica Optics MT16 is the latest generation of high-precision time-dependent single photon counting system. Integrating the latest time measurement chip technology, MT16 can achieve a time resolution as low as 1ps, while reducing the dead time to 2ns, and can support instantaneous saturation count rates up to 500Mcps. In addition to the conventional USB 3.0 interface, MT16 provides a 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface (optical port) with a bandwidth of up to 10Gbps, achieving a maximum time event transfer rate of 280M/s. The high precision and bandwidth characteristics make MT16 an excellent choice for applications such as high-resolution quantum optics, fluorescence lifetime, and laser radar imaging.
