  • The EXCCD series cameras are ultra high performance USB2.0 CCD cameras, and their photosensitive chips use Sony ExView HAD CCD chips.

    The Sony ExView HAD CCD adopts a technology that can convert unconverted near-infrared light into image signals, expanding the imaging spectrum from visible light to near-infrared light, greatly improving the sensitivity of the sensor. When using the ExView HAD CCD chip, high brightness photos can also be obtained in dark environments. Moreover, the photoelectric conversion previously performed in the deep layers of the silicon wafer will leak out the scattered light to the vertical CCD part, which can also be received by the sensor, so the noise of the sensor is greatly reduced.

    The data transmission of EXCCD series cameras is achieved through the USB2.0 fast transfer protocol interface.

    The EXCCD series cameras are randomly equipped with advanced video and image processing software ToupView, providing multi platform SDKs such as Windows/Linux/OSX, and supporting native C/C++, C #/VB.net, Directshow, Twain control API.

    The above characteristics of the EXCCD series cameras can be used to capture low light or fluorescent light fields.

    Outline dimension diagram of EXCCD series cameras. The camera housing is made of hard zinc aluminum alloy that has been CNC precision machined and oxidized. The front end of the camera sensor is equipped with high-quality IR-CUT, which mainly filters out infrared light waves in imaging while protecting the camera sensor. Compared to other brands of cameras, the camera from Gewu Optics has no moving parts to ensure that the camera is sturdy, reliable, and durable, and there is no imaging blur caused by shaking of moving parts.
